Sandilands is a quiet seaside village situated four miles south of Mablethorpe and twelve miles north of Skegness, and only one mile from Sutton-on-Sea.

Sandilands village has a golf course, village shop with post office and The Grange and Links Hotel which offers excellent hospitality.

For days out Alford offers craft fairs, museums and working windmill. Boston less than an hour drive away has the best market in the area. Church Farm Museum, Hardy Animal Farm, Natureland Seal Sanctuary are all worth a visit.
